Positive Women South West have just been awarded a large grant by BrisDoc! A huge thank you has to go to BrisDoc for continuing to believe in us and support us. We will be using the money to help fund the ongoing costs of of running our workshops and additionally help with the cost of running a couple of Conferences at the beginning of next year. Today we celebrate our 2nd birthday. We want to express a huge "Thank you" from the Positive Women South West Board and Volunteers for all your amazing support. And of course, thank you to the Board of Directors and our amazing volunteers. We wouldn't be here without you. A huge thank you has to go to Di Painter and her daughter Ricki for raising £121 for Positive Women South West! Di and Ricki are both spiritualists and mediums and they organised an open medium group and held a raffle at the end of the evening. Altogether they raised £121. We are so grateful for their support. We need more people like them to help raise funds for us and to help normalise HIV and to break down the stigma surrounding HIV.
