One to One Support;

Bonnie can meet with you face to face, over zoom or just via a phone call. It can cover any topic or subject that you feel that you need to discuss and she will support you and provide guidance and support.
Group Workshops;

Regular meetings/workshops are held monthly, usually on a Saturday, in Bristol in a safe and confidential space for the women to get together to not only talk and share with each other but for wellbeing workshops covering topics like stress management, confidence building, china workshops, Yoga Sound baths and other topics.
We are currently piloting bi monthly Friday support groups as well as the planned Saturday workshops.

Fortnightly yoga sessions are held on Zoom on a Monday evening at 7pm so that you can join a yoga session from the privacy of your own home. For more information contact Bonnie on 07591 140 036 or on Email at bonnie@positive-women.org

Financial Support
Positive Women South West CIC have recently linked up with Turn2us. They are a national charity offering information and practical help to people facing financial insecurity. Their website offers a number of tools that you can use to identify what benefits you might be entitled to or what grants you might be able to apply for.

They have a free Turn2us Grants Search facility that anyone can use that will match an individual up with any grants that they may be eligible for. It is really easy to use so click the link below and see what help you might be able to get.

They also have a Benefits calculator that you can use to find out what benefits you might be entitled to claim for.

Both of the tools are really easy to use so why not give them a try.
