World AIDs Day Gala 2025

What an amazing Evening we had at this years World AIDs Day Gala at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Bradley Stoke, Bristol! We had a lovely meal and we heard some very moving testimonies from women living with HIV which were read out to us by volunteers. One brave woman stood up to tell her own story! What a brave woman!

 

We had a brilliant auction with some wonderful items up for auction including;

• a framed red sparkly bra,

• a selection of silver topped antique perfume bottles,

• a MAC makeover,

• a wellbeing basket,

• and a signed rugby ball from Bristol Bears which was snapped up by a representative of BrisDoc for a £1000 before we even started the auction!

 

Our thanks must go out to all those wonderful people who donated such wonderful items for our auction and also to those amazing people who bid so much money.

 

After the Auction with had a brilliant raffle and cnce again a huge thankyou to everyone who donated a raffle prize.

We concluded the evening with a superb disco provided by Sam Harris of Sammy Circle Events and Entertainment.

Overall we raised over £2600 on the night. Thank you so much to everyone involved and all the kind donations.
